Job Title: Construction Project Manager

The Building People has a position open for a full-time Construction Project Manager (CPM). The CPM must have the ability to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision, to support the CLB construction projects in Washington DC metro area and the SEC’s Regional offices: New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, Fort Worth, Denver, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Must be proficient in using computer equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and AutoCAD 2010 or higher preferred). Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The contractor must be personable, reliable and have the ability to be prompt with excellent attendance. Applicants must possess interpersonal skills and experience in construction, Government facilities, customer service, interaction with architectural and engineering services, and Government contracting preferred.

The Construction Project Manager (CPM)must have a minimum of a BS/BA engineering college degree and a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience associated with class A tenant build out projects.
Project Management Certified (PMP) is preferred but not required.
