The Building People, LLC, has multiple positions open for a Senior Facility Operations Engineer. The position assumes a leadership role in working with facility managers onsite, and collaborating with sub-contractors offsite, in maintaining
day to day operations and planning for (and responding to) disruptions in the physical plant. This facility is considered “critical” for operations for the agency in question, and this position assumes demonstrated experience, high comfort level, and extraordinary
competency in managing critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be an experience technical leader and resource who will be responsible for all internal activities and product development. This person will display a high degree of creativity and is
expected to show a high degree of latitude and flexibility to help manage a technically complex environment.

A minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or architecture.
