Job Title: Program Manager

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Manager.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Western Area Power Administrations, Desert Southwest Regional Office technical services in Phoenix, Arizona, including quality control of all deliverables.
Experience with managing contracts, including planning, coordinating, and making decisions on cost, technical approach, schedules, performance metrics, quality control, personnel management, and client care.
Responsible for understanding company financial accounting, contract requirements, development of cost estimates, and budget adherence, monitoring, control, and reporting.
Must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum of a High School Diploma required plus five (5) years of experience. Bachelor Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Supervisory Managerial experience. Preferred but not required, in the power industry in project management, construction, or technical project management support.
